Welcome to i-run-2.

Alongside my career in education and publishing, in my 30s I inadvertently discovered a love for running. It not only changed me physically and mentally, but over the last two decades has taken me to places and given me experiences I would have never have encountered without it in my life. I run both recreationally and in races, including as a member of the England Masters Marathon Team.

As a certified England Athletics Running Coach, I now do my best to help others experience the benefits running can bring to their lives – perhaps I can do that for you too.

I specialise in one-to-one and small group coaching for runners (and soon-to-be runners!) of any age. I also have a particular interest in working with runners in their 40s, 50s and beyond. I provide coaching in person (in the North Wiltshire area) and online, but most often via a combination of the two.
